Most of what we do here at SurrealPolitiks can be delivered electronically, but we also sell fine products that can be shipped right to your door.
We offer shipping via the Untied States Postal Service and UPS. We may offer Federal Express and/or DHL in the future, and if you think that would make you more inclined to buy, we would like to know about this.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically using software that takes account of the weight and dimensions of the products in your shopping cart. If you think the rates are wrong, please let us know.
We would encourage you to pick the cheapest rate available if there is not some particular urgency. When we ship products, it occasionally comes to pass that we disagree with the shipping calculator, and accordingly, we reserve the right to send your package via what we deem the most cost effective means. If you require for some reason the specific service you have requested, please say so in the order notes at checkout.
If you believe that you have been overcharged for shipping, please let us know and we will, on a case by case basis, offer partial refunds for shipping costs either by refunding that portion to your payment method or through store credit.
